Terms and Conditions
Mobility Scooters Ltd products are of the highest standard, sourced in new condition from a wide range of leading manufacturers. We rigorously inspect all outgoing products prior to delivering to our customer.
Customers purchasing mobility products for their own personal use are usually exempt from paying VAT. We will require you to sign a simple declaration form that confirms you are eligible to receive goods at a VAT exempt price.
If you are not completely satisfied with your choice of scooter within the first seven days of your purchase we will exchange it for one of equal value.
Warranty & Guarantee
All new products purchased from Mobility Scooters Ltd come with a twelve month guarantee from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults and failures. All used scooters come with a 6 month guarantee. In the unlikely event you do have a problem with your purchase, please contact us promptly and we will endeavour to help and advise you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note that our warranty covers mechanical failures but excludes natural wear and tear, consumables such as bulbs or tyres and general maintenance issues such as flat batteries, punctures and breakages.
We are unable to offer specific insurance advice due to the Financial Services Act. However, we are able to supply information to our customers who would like to take out a specialist insurance policy. We strongly recommend this, particularly for powered mobility vehicles.
We can offer expert guidance and advice on the products available; however this does not extend to medical expertise on the individual needs of customers. If you are concerned about the suitability of individual products for your needs, please seek expert medical advice. We are unable to offer refunds on products that do not meet your expectations.
